Hi, I’m Janet, thank you for visiting my page. I am married with 2 grown up children and I have recently become a Nanna.
I commenced my Therapist journey in 2016 when life events showed me that you should not put things off until tomorrow. I followed my dream of being able to help others in a way that would improve their lives, the way in which they think of themselves and to be able to feel that they are being the best possible version of themselves. Encouraging purpose and a sense of self-worth and self-esteem, helping to inspire and achieve goals.
I have completed the Advanced Menopause Relief Practitioner training programme. This is a fantastic 6 session Hypnotherapy programme that can eliminate or reduce hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings and brain fog, plus improve sleep and any other peri/menopause symptoms. It allows you to regain control!
I have been a volunteer Counsellor for the Sue Lambert Trust, helping Survivors of Abuse.
I have previously had 28 years experience of Personnel Management in a high pressured retail environment.
One of my own experiences of Therapy has been for me to overcome a debilitating fear of heights.
I have always loved Sport and I took part in many different activities from Horse Riding to Hockey, Netball and Athletics. I now prefer a more leisurely participation in swimming or watching any sport from the comfort of my sofa!
Family time has always been and always will be an important part of my life too.
If you would like help to live your life to its full potential contact me to book your complimentary initial consultation, so we can discuss how I can help you.
