Psychotherapeutic Counselling enables the client to explore and express their thought processes, feelings and behaviours allowing the presenting issue to be understood at a deeper level. It entails working with underlying attachment and relational issues enabling life long understanding and expression of one’s true self. Boosting self confidence and self esteem, encouraging control over your own well being

Hypnotherapy means the use of Hypnosis as a therapeutic technique. Hypnosis or the Hypnotic state is a completely natural state. It is a relaxed state that is similar to what you will have experienced when you have been ‘daydreaming’, or being on ‘auto pilot’. Whilst within the relaxed hypnotic state your sub conscious mind becomes open to new ideas and suggestions, allowing positive mental, emotional or psychological changes to take place.
